AC CAM Easy 2.0 includes new functions, options and capabilities to ease and automate the WireEDM programming.

What's new in AC CAM Easy 2.0?

Now allowing the user to generate the TEC file with the same working flow as on CUT20P / CUT30P HMI. The ISO and TEC files are generated under a single folder

Support of new machine parameters as:

• Z axis (Z) and water level control (M03)
• Fill / Empty tank (M34 / M35)

Corner control step: Possibility to edit corners from the CAM environment (no need to edit CAD geometry)

Sort by phases: Automatic Wire Thread and Wire Cut adjustment in case of multigeometries ( no need to optimize wire thread/cut)

Up to 8 TEC files for a single ISO, allowing different cutting conditions (Ra / Height / Taper / Pocketing / Collar)

What options are available for AC CAM Easy?

AC CAM Easy Basic edition comes installed on-board the controller of the Cut20P / Cut30P CNC. But the user can upgrade for a small price to AC CAM Easy Advanced edition (full CAD and 2X funcionality) and AC CAM Easy Professional edition (full CAD, 2X and 4X functionality).

In addition, AC CAM Easy Advanced and AC CAM Easy Professional editions can be also installed on a PC outside the machine.
